Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please ensure the furniture is in its original condition. Note that a restocking fee and return shipping charges may apply for large freight items.
Do you offer financing for large purchases?
Furniture City partners with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select the financing option at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR or low-interest terms.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For large freight deliveries, our carrier will call you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
